Enova Cooking Oil
Enova oil is essentially a blend of soybean and canola oils. Nutritionally, Enova is similar to regular vegetable oils. A tablespoon still delivers 120 calories and 14 grams of fat, so it is not a low fat or low calorie oil.

For sweet dishes, try substituting applesauce.
For some recipes like packaged rices or macaroni, I just leave out the oil. For pans, I spray with Pam. I also have and use butter buds if something calls for a pat of butter or spoonful of oil.

enova brand cooking oil is a blend of canola and soybean oil is the lowest in fat that I know of. I personally use straight canola oil.

Olive oil is good but some people dont like the smell, if your one of them, try the light versions but if like me you live the taste and smell, go for extra virgin its wonderfull :) x x
