I have worked for at least three major corporations where illegal immigrants were very willingly hired. These corporations look after legal requirements by insisting that an applicant have a Social Security card and drivers license. They make little if any attempt to verify that the Social Security number and drivers license are valid.

The reason that I state that these corporations KNOWINGLY employ illegal immigrants is that I have observed the human resources department coaching applicants. This coupled with the FACT that these people are usually placed into the lowest paying positions and that these people DO NOT speak even ONE WORD of english seem to be major indicators to me.

You would contact Immigrations and Customs Enforcement. I think they have a phone number specifically for that and did not take email complaints last time I checked.

HOWEVER, unless this is an employer that is physically creating fake documents, trafficking illegals over here, employinig large amounts at a time, the illegals are selling drugs or are MS-13 members, etc., ICE isn't going to focus much on your complaint. There's too much going on for them to do so.

This frustrates me too
you could try the BBB but I doubt that they would consider it a top priority. Even though thousands of Americans are losing jobs to illegals. And yes there are plenty of Americans who would settle for any job just to make enough money to get through school or whatever.
However according to the law even if it is a fake and the company doesn't know it they can legally hire them but once they know it's a fake then it becomes illegal to keep them. What people don't get here is that the operative word is ILLEGAL.

It will not accomplish anything when the Head of the HR Department hires family members who are all illegals. She goes around the situation by making sure applications are completed by her. All inquires have to go thru her office. Good Luck.

Report them to ICE. They will deal with it...Maybe the IRS too..Or the SS office because I bet many of those illegal aliens have the same SS Number.

Call customs or INS. From what you say someone will do 10 years in the clink and deserve it.

Maybe better?? Call the local police department. If they don't do anything call the local news station.

You should apply for a job with Homeland Security. With you sniffing out illegal immigrants, America 's current population would soon be halved.

Well, my father is a business owner...and let me tell you that, if they have a social security card, (a decent fake), the government won't be able to charge them with anything because they can't prove they knowingly hired them.

Also, just how exactly is, my dad for example, going to verify over 200 employees??

Like the guy below me pointed out, would you take a job for my dad drying cars in 110+ (fahrenheit) 8 hours every day in Phoenix??

EDIT: not saying I support illegal immigration...just making a point and pointing out a flaw.
