I've seen a -4800 once when it came time for the final question. Didn't see the entire show, but I guess once they hit the negatives, the just figured they'd have nothing to lose in trying more.

I have seen players finish with minus 0, but if
you mean the lowest score to win, it must
have been the day I was there.

according to Jeopardy facts and myths,,,,,zero is the lowest score ever recorded,,,,,after zero,,,you are dis-allowed from final jeopardy,,,,so there is no score lower than "zero"
