when i come off of bebo it says i dont have java script enabled and when i check my settings i have

There's 2 things here. Java programming, which almost certainly is installed and available, and Javascript which is built in to the browser, but needs activating in Tools - options (or whatever depending on your browser) The error box comes from having script debugging turned on. This is telling you that the page has a badly written script in it. You can't alter this, only the page author can fix it, but you can turn off script debugging, again in tools - options, and you will find the pages probably work ok

check which file is that, or else uninstall all the java progrm from add or remove and reisntal
