You could buy a roasted chicken from the deli section of your grocery store. They are already seasoned, roasted, hot, and ready to eat. You could toss a salad, make some instant potatoes (directions are on the box), and serve with bread.
Another thing you could do is buy frozen lasagna in an individual serving size. Stouffers has a really good one.
If you have a crock pot, you can put in stew meat that you have browned in a skillet. Then, add some small new potatoes, baby carrots, chopped onions, and a package of stew seasoning mix. Add as much water as the package instructs. You can cook on low for 6 - 9 hours or on high for 3-4.
If you go to the seasoning section of your grocer and look at the packaged seasoning (like McCormick's meatloaf seasoning or chili seasoning), you'll see that they have directions on how to use them. They'll give information about how much of what ingredients you need to buy. Usually, there are just a couple of things to add, and they give you cooking directions.
Good luck.

You can't go wrong with rice and steamed veggies with cut up pieces of chicken. (Especially if your family has a rice cooker.) If you have some rice handy, just follow the directions on the bag/box. You will probably have to go to the grocery store if your family always eats out.
Pick out some veggies that you like. Veggies that I recommend for stir fry: peas, peppers, carrots, broccoli... you should check in the freezer section of the store for frozen stir fry veggie packs. They usually have yummy teriyaki sauce in them and they are super easy to make.
If you don't have money or time to go grocery shopping, look throughout your pantry and refridgerator for food items and try to figure out something from there. I recommend spaghetti cause it's fast and easy to make and you usually get at least two or three food group items out of it.
Good luck and talk to your parents about going to a nutritionist to get more information on how to change your family's eating habits. Sit them down to watch "Supersize Me" and hopefully that will make them wise up. You are killing yourselves by eating too much fast food!

this is a recipe for easy jambalaya, if you don't like spicy, just tone down the cayenne - my family loves it and it's really quick.
1pkg hillshire farms beef smoked sausage, sliced 1/4" thick
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can (non-condensed) chicken broth
2 cups instant rice
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
3/4 lb pre-cooked shrimp (no tails)
1/4 tsp each thyme, cayenne, and chili powder
brown the sausage in a large skillet (we like it virtually charred, til the edges are nice and black). add all the other ingredients, cover and bring to a boil, stir, reduce heat and simmer until veggies are tender.

Cut up your bacon and brown in pan. Then brown the chicken breast cut up in bite size pieces. Cook your pasta, chunk up your cream cheese. Mix your hot pasta with the chicken, cream cheese and bacon. You will be making a carbonara. If you can get alfredo sauce, us that as well. It is really good. Season to taste. Season and bake your chicken wings, make your rice per directions, season and add your kidney beans to it. You can have chicken with beans and rice.
You could also make a chicken chili. Cut up and brown your chicken. Add tomato sauce and paste, and season to taste. I.e. chili powder, salt pepper, you can even add the corn. Make the rice for on the side and add the beans to the chili at the end. I tried my best, but you don't have much to work with I am sorry. Bacon and cream cheese mixed together is something that is good too, just spread on crackers or bread of choice. You could also make a chicken chili. Cut up and brown your chicken.
