First off, do you know for sure the parents were a purebred beagle and a purebred Lab? Usually this is not the case. So, your pup could be 4 or 5 or more breeds. And, with mixed breed dogs, even littermates can be very different looking and different sizes.
Look at the amount of bone in your pups wrist. If it's a large looking wrist, the pup has lots of growing to do. It it's just a small lump, pup will not grow too much more. This is not full proof, but it can give you an idea if the pup will be medium sized or huge. The size of the feet are a good indicator also.

Since it's a mixed-breed dog, there is no way to know for sure. It could be the size of a beagle, the size of a lab, or anywhere in between.

There is no answer, except to wait and find out. With mixed breeds, there is no telling which traits from which parents will prevail.
