I'm 5'9" and I weigh 155 (It seems like a lot but i'm not over weight especially for my height...my bmi is perfect) I'm pretty much happy with my body except for a little extra tummy bulge. Is there any excersizes I can do to help get rid of that? I'm on a healthy diet and I swim almost every day...could that help get rid of it?
Thanks!

I can't take diet pills because I'm on anti-depressants. I've heard they can react and make the anti-depressants not work. which would be bad. lol

I have the same problem. I do lots of exercise and sit-ups, but i can't get rid of it. i realized that some of it has to do with genetics, but some of it can be influenced with exercise. i do around 200 sit-ups 3-4x a week, and it has helped flatten the stomach and make it taut. however, i realized that i will never be able to get rid of the small tummy "bulge". i guess the only way to make it less noticeable is to be slim and toned overall, then people won't notice.

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to
http://www.mylnation.info and order you free trial, also you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling. Good luck!
