For now, your best bet would be to seperate the animals and see if there are any other practices in the area that can offer you an earlier date.

Your local shelter or humane society may also be able to offer you a low-cost earlier date on the procedure.

To answer your question about the dog's possibility of being impregnated, I cited and linked an article from PetEducation.com:

Sexual Maturity

Question: At what age do dogs become sexually mature?

Answer:

Male puppies will display mounting behavior at a very young age (3-4 weeks), but are not producing sperm. This puppy mounting behavior will often disappear in a short time and then reappear as the dog approaches puberty.

Half of male dogs will display mounting behavior by 5½ months of age, and will become able to sire a litter around that age. Note that some male dogs may be able to sire a litter before 5 months of age - 5 months is the average.

Female dogs become sexually mature (have their first heat) between 5 and 12 months of age. Small breed dogs tend to have their first heat around 5-6 months, while some giant breed dogs will not start to cycle until they are 18-24 months of age.

Hope this helps!
PS - I think this article helps to explain the answer to your other question on a much better level as well! :)

First off confirm with your vet, this could be a heat cycle or a false pregnancy. Abortions are the best thing you can do, every time a new puppy is born into the world a dog sitting in a shelter dies. My views are to humanely euthanize the dog that has never lived then to kill the poor dog that's had a hard life and little to no love. But that's not what you want to hear so I guess after speaking my peace I'll tell you what you need to know. First off, you don't schedule a c-section like you would for a person. They only get this when the pups wont come out. If you vaccinated this dog within the past month, these babies will most likely have major damage already done to them and its recommended to have her spayed and abort the babies. Its also dangerous for her to give birth to them if she was vaccinated recently. If she wasn't vaccinated you need to tell the vet every shot the mom has had and when because these pups will be at high risk for horrible things like distemper or parvo which has wiped out entire litters and the mothers if infected. So first step is to see the vet, dog pregnancies are about 63 days, see if you can figure out when she was impregnated so you know when to expect. The vet will tell you what and how much to feed her based on her size and weight. When you get closer to the due date she will nest, when she picks a quiet hiding spot in your home bring blankets there and make a bed that her pups wont crawl out of but she should be able to come and go as needed. Don't bring her to a animal hospital unless she's in distress and things aren't going well. Dogs don't get epidurals like people do so the vet will do nothing for her when she is birthing except stress her out and make her not want to push out the babies. There are breeding for dummies type books that i suggest you read. Breeding is expensive. Its not a get rich quick thing at all, I know this was an "accident" but this should and could have been prevented, dogs are supposed to be spayed at 6 months FYI! Once the pups are born you aren't supposed to touch them, I know there cute and all but really hands off, even when you wash your hands your still going to transfer your bacteria onto them and its not healthy for them. The breeding for dummies book will tell you more on this subject.

Yes. ;-)

However, many vets believe your female is supposed to come into heat at least once. I think you should keep them separated until "Big Boy" gets fixed.

Yes he can get your dog prego! I would get a couple of crates made for dogs and only let them out one at a time until you get your female fixed. Good Luck!!!!!

Yes, he can. Litters have been sired by dogs as young as 5 months, although that's extreme.

Yes, I suggest keeping them seperated when you cannot watch very closley, and be aware that he will mark, and try to mount her.
