is a long distance relation ship good or can it only end up in tears?

i have a boyf he lives in the u.k , we get to talk and see each other , we talk about me going to live there and about our future he is everything i always wanted but it just gets fustrating sometimes not being able to touch and that , sometimes i just wanna give up on him but i love him too much for that . i'm scared it will only end in tears the tears being me crying , what do u think i should do any help is welcome

long distance relationships are very hard. my boyfreind and i are in a long distance relationship and we have been going out for over a year. i have cried because i miss him and i love him but when i get to see him it makes up for everything because he is everthing i want. it sounds like the same thing as you. just stick it out. and if you both really truely love each other it will hold you guys together. and just remember long distance relationships are hard but from my experiance this is the best relationship i have had. not cuase he lives far away but because we talk more and are closer to each other than when my boyfriends lived close to me. just talk to him a lot. i talk to my bf for over an hour each night and i txt during the day.

Well first of all you sound very young.. A long distance relationship can be a good/bad depending on who's more invested in the relationship.. If you're always the one seeking attention and calling then chances are he's not very invested in the relationship.. I would suggest taking a break from him and have some fun.. It's no fun crying all the time and not being happy... It also depends on why you are in this relationship as well.. If you never see each other and all you do is talk.. Well, my dear talk is cheap... I would remain friends, and try to find someone that's maybe closer and do fun stuff.. Life's too short to be unhappy....
