Is Christianity the true religion or is it a false religion? The reason why I ask is because I asked a question about whether Messianic Judaism was Judaism or Christianity and some of The Jews were saying that it's heresy to believe in Jesus as the Messiah and somebody gave me a link to a site that had this link in it. Our Lord says to "test the Spirits" to be sure if the TRUTH is in a person or their words. So, check out each site's main person and belief...False Teachers and False Prophets are everywhere....and, many people whom have not tested things out for TRUTH, are deceived and pass on their own idea of "Truth" through their own laziness in believing without question.
The Jewish Faith has nearly as many divisions of belief as Christianity does....and remember....not every Jew is of the lineage of Abraham, therefore, are NOT the original, chosen line.

As long as the Messianic Jews in question believe that Jesus is the Messiah, then...both. Christianity was, from its birth, a sect of Judaism (Jesus was a Jew, the twelve apostles were Jews, the three thousand at Pentecost were Jews). If you look at the Old Testament, you will see Jesus Christ revealed in some form in every book of the OT, especially in the Law (the substitutionary sacrifice, the curse for one hung on a tree, the Passover lamb, the high priest, the King).

God gave us 2 priceless gifts for the purpose of guiding us to Himself, Jesus and The Holy Spirit. The words of Jesus in the n.t. and gnostic gospels provide language that speaks to our conscious mind. The Holy Spirit confirms what is true and makes the meaning clear. We then can confer with The Holy Spirit as to how best apply the principles to real life situations.

Well, you have to take into consideration all beliefs in each religion, do you believe women should be stoned to death if they are raped? Do you believe a loving GOD would strap 50 Lbs of explosives to a child in order to deceive his enemies long enough to blow them and the child up and reward the child with ten virgins when he gets to heaven and if you are female you receive no reward whatsoever or maybe you get to be one of the ten virgins for the man who planted the explosives. What do you believe?

Just pray on it and ask God to enlighten your path so you can make a decision that is spiritually sound and full of wisdom. Ultimately no matter what spiritually you decide , you must also make it out of reason , discernment and prayer so it can be one of fruition and growth.

I think the only way to know if you are on the right path is how it makes you feel.Do you feel happy with what you believe are you at peace with it?Things like that.
