I drink a lot of beer. Every night which I know is awful...Could anyone tell me if that's one of the reasons I'm having trouble getting the weight off. I walk and excercise daily. I'm eating pretty good. It's all just so frustrating!

This is easy. Beer is fattening, all alcohol is really. Your liver becomes fatty from alcohol and that will eventually lead to major health problems.

Why diet when you can be healthy by not drinking (sound like you have some issues you need to work out if you are drinking that much)? Diets don't work, healthy eating and drinking works. Sodas are nothing but chemicals and sugar, have nothing to do with those. Pure clean water helps to flush fat and waste out of your system.

You need to change your lifestyle to change your life. good luck.

Beer is full of carbs and yes it probably is one of the reasons why you are having trouble losing weight. Beer and diet don't go together.

beer doesnt have a direct effect on making you fat . its natural that one feels a lot hungry than usual after a beer ,and we go to sleep once we are done eating . the high intake of calories is not burnt .

i would suggest to start drinking fresh juices instead of beers . i know its hard but it you feel so fresh when you wake up the next day.
