None. You have someone come in and care for your dogs or you take them to a boarding kennel while you are gone. never leave your dogs home alone for a long period of time. Too many bad things can happen.

You need to get someone to come over to your house and feed your dogs. Dogs, for the most part, aren't really like humans. They don't really eat based on whether or not they're "hungry"; they will almost always eat when offered food that they like. So if you give them a week's worth of food now, they will just stuff themselves, leading to digestive problems for your dogs. Instead, you need to get someone to come round and feed the regular amount of food every day.

Why would you leave them for a WEEK alone? That is too excessive for any dog to be left alone that long, and you wanna know how much food to leave? my god, what do people think, YOUR DOG IS A LIVING THING.. YOU HAVE SOMEONE CARE FOR YOUR DOGS, OR YOU BOARD THEM SOMEWHERE (vets office or local kennel)
Ya don't sound like you should own these dogs!

You can't just leave them, in most jurisdictions the law requires that someone tend to them at least once a day.

Either find a good boarding kennel or get someone to come and look after them. Or find them a better home where they'll be properly cared for.

If you just leave one big pile of food and water, your dogs might eat until they bloat, and you'd come home to 2 dead dogs. Not to mention that they will soil your home, and probably tear the place apart.

Try to find someone you trust who can stop by and take care of your dogs.

If it were for one day, I could understand. For one week?
What if they bloat?
What if they chew through electrical cords?
What if they die of heat exhaustion?
How will they go to the bathroom?
You must board them or have someone come in to feed/water them and let them out to exercise and potty.
Otherwise you cannot leave.

Well you will need someone to come and look after them because they will need to be brought outside to go to the washroom!! If you leave their food they could eat all of it in the first couple of days and could get very hungry!!!
Also their water could get very dirty!!!!!!!!!!!!!
