How do I change banks? I want to go with A Credit Union.?

You do not need to change banks if you do not want to. You can just open an account in a credit union as well. Or withdraw funds out of current bank close account, then open new account at credit union.

You always go to the new bank first( or credit union) they will have all the necessary paper work for you to transfer whatever is left in your old account to them.
