I believe that just like there is the spirit of good, there is also a spirit of evilness...
I believe there is good and evil that resides in everyone... but it is what you allow to take possesion over you.

Everyone is evil. We are born with a sin nature, and the bent of the human soul is toward sin and away from God. There is not one righteous person on earth.
Isaiah 64:6 tells us that all "our" righteousness in the sight of God is like filthy rags."
Jeremian 17:9 tells us that "the heart is deceitful ABOVE ALL THINGS AND DESPERATELY WICKED."
Romans 3:23 states "for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God."
Psalms 39:5 declares, "Man in his very best condition is altogether vanity."
Romans 3:10-12 tells us that "there is none righteous, there is none that understands, there is none that seek after God. There is none that does good, no not one." THIS IS SPEAKING OF THOSE OUTSIDE OF CHRIST.
Job 21:14 and II Peter 3:5 say, "man is willfully ignorant" concerning the things of God.
There are more concerning the fallen condition of mankind but these should be a good beginning.

Anyone has the capability of doing evil. However, If you are walking in the Spirit ( submissive to the Holy Spirit's leading), you will fulfill the desires of the Spirit. If you walk after the flesh ( sinful desires/ behaviors) you will fulfill the desires of the flesh ( Romans Chapter 8 ). Translation, there is NO way if you are obedient to God's Word, living consciously in His presence that you will perform evil.

I think it's both. For some its a simple choice, and for others they are born evil. Evil can also do good, but their core & root is evil and they will always go back to their roots.

Psalm 51:5
Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity,And in sin my mother conceived me.
Romans 3:9-11
All Have Sinned
What then? Are we better than they? Not at all. For we have previously charged both Jews and Greeks that they are all under sin.
As it is written:
“ There is none righteous, no, not one;
There is none who understands;
There is none who seeks after God.
They have all turned aside;
They have together become unprofitable;
There is none who does good, no, not one.”
“ Their throat is an open tomb;
With their tongues they have practiced deceit”;
“ The poison of asps is under their lips”;
“ Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness.”
“ Their feet are swift to shed blood;
Destruction and misery are in their ways;
And the way of peace they have not known.”
“ There is no fear of God before their eyes."

Not anyone. Everyone. We all have the capcity to do evil. Our hearts can be very hard at times. Even the best of us. That why we need a perfect and loving God.

I think humans have the ability to be better than angels and also worse than the devil. It's just the matter of choice.

That is hard. Uhmm I am Jewish, and my ancestors were killed by the Nazis. Waht i think, I am not mad at the Nazis. Well I am, but you know what? They were brainwashed into thinking we were bad. The Jews are a quiet nation that doesnt bring hamr to anyone, but the Arabs and Nazis are brought up to think we have horns and all that. Its not their fault.
