I have eaten oysters, clams, calamari, buffalo, elk, venison, ostrich, emu, turtle, goose, duck, rattlesnake, alligator, crickets and scorpion as well as spiders. Being in the culinary industry exposes you to a lot of different tastes. It is absolutely enjoyable if you don't limit yourself.

Lamb and Duck is absolutely delicious. Oh yeah, and fish. All types of fish, different cooking methods. Yum!
Expand your boundaries.
I am curious as to how shark tastes. And frog legs.

As gross as it may sound I ate Ostrich....Ostrich neck to be exact and it was as good as chicken but only better. I was hungry and I was in the bush and I never would think I would eat a thing, but I did and it was the best. Broke my heart to know an ostrich died, but damn it wasn't in vain.

lamb, duck,goose, pheasent, turkey, veal, alligator, ox, rabbit, i cant think of any more at the moment but im sure i have. O horse meat when i was in belgium i didnt know what it was till after i had eaten it!

actually they are all very tasty, except the deer meat has a foul taste sometimes if not cooked properly.

I've had alligator, buffalo, rattlesnake, ostrich, goose, duck, venison, elk, lamb & mutton, goat, frog, snail, kangaroo (really) and, of course, fish.

Ostrich is pretty good, I have eaten snake, of course lots of seafood's, deer, bear (yuk!) moose is quite tasty, caribou is not so tasty but it is okay, rabbit is good.

How about lamb? It seems that most people really like it or they can't stand it. I love it. Buffalo is also quite good.
