the testimonials are great but does not contain any steroids and steeroids are what will help. it looks like they have included herbal things which can not be justified by elopathic medicine. I would recommend you to talk to your doctorfirst, good luck

a prayer is a prayer if its said out loud for everyone to hear or if its silent and kept to yourself, god doesn't care how you pray because praying is for yourself and he just wants you to feel comfortable and have some kind of closer...i like praying silently that way other people aren't offended and i can do it at anytime in any situation..the Only way to make your prayers more productive is to actually put effort into the prayer and be totally honest that's all that matters.
