if you need to loose weight than you should dance a lot its how you can loose a lot of weight and your body will get more flexible, you can exercise , run, go for a walk that helps loose a lot of weight

you can also change the way you eat but i don't mean go on a diet, don't go on a diet because its not healthy
what i mean is you can do this :- instead of drinking coke, you can drink juice and water instead of eating any type of junk food you can eat healthier food ................... kind of get what i mean

so if you do some of these things i am sure you will be able to get rid of stomach fat

Walking helps dear. but u must be punctual...as in everyday atleast 15 mins of brisk walk to start with...gradually increase it to 30 mins in a couple of weeks...u will definitely see the difference, drink lots of water and if possible include swimming in ur weekly activities as well!! Good luck!

Start by doing cardio work to burn some of the fat. You could start by walking a bit everyday and then slowly you can work in some jogging with the walking. Then you should be able to start doing crunches to tone.

sit ups wont help - they build muscle but do not burn fat.
the only fat burning exercise is cardio which burns fat all over your body (we cant spot reduce body fat naturally) - those are running, jogging, cycling, swimming, elliptical, rope jumping etc, do them 4-6 times a week for 30-50min.
dont forget that healthy diet is the key to weight loss - never deprive your body because you cant lose fat that way.

crunches are always good. Just start doing them it doesnt matter how far you get up. Just think slow and hold proper posture. Or you could try ZONE pilates.

Have you tried some pilates workouts? Such as the Hundred? Also, try the Plank. :]
