i do personally because ive studied and applied it and found it to contain truth ... but a revelation of God i guess is the prerequisite ..

Yes dear, Bible in its original version is the truth...It is the truth and nothing but the truth,and so are the other Holy Scriptures that have been revealed to different messengers.
Its truthfullness is apprent to those who are atuned to the diffrent and diverse creations of the Single Creator.
All the scriptures have one thing in common and that is that these give refferences which are common to all.
The Last Book to be revealed is Holly Quran and it confirms the reveleation of the others books before. Though I am not a Christian but the truth is that Bible is as true as are the other books revealed before and after it.
Besides anything which teaches something good for mankind should not be scratched about.

I do believe that the bible is the truth. It is the word of God put in to words through revelations, people received from God. I don't know if you have ever taken the time to read the very last page in Apocalipsy where it tells you that it is the truth you cannot add to the bible because you will be punished or leave out any message because God will leave you out.

The Bible is not the truth, but in fiction there lies alot of fact so I guess it's how you look at it.
Think back on all the movies you've watched. Their storyline is fiction, but it is also based on facts: EX:
Davinci Code, Manchurian Candidate, The Matrix, Mission to Mars, Red Planet, The Pelican Brief, The Island
The Bible is not literal historical events. There is alot of symbolism.

Quran has clearly indicated that all these books revealed at Prophet Moses, Jesus peace be upon them are God's word.
As you ask the proof, Quran is the final of these, for last 1400 years not a single dot has changed, the book one will find in South America is exactly as same as you will find in China or Japan. Also thousands and thousands of children has memorised in the age of 7,8 or 10 do you still need proof. If yes then your mind is close to accept the truth.

The truth of God is revealed by God. Those who love and seek God's truth will find him and receive a gift called faith and through faith comes revealtion and a relationship with a living God. The Bible is the word of God and the word is the truth.

I certainly do !!!! read the bible and then look around and see the creations, where else would they have come from and all the things that are coming to pass that God said would happen. Without Him being my savior and great physic an and Lord all might, I wouldn't be here today, that is enough proof for me. Why wouldn't we believe it is true???
Look at the trees, animals, flowers, sky, sunshine, moon and stars, are they a fairy tale---NO, the were created by God.

yes, It is the Word of God, and I have found God to keep His promises that He put in the Bible. He has in my life.
