I know that because of Independance Day, I'm going to be eating a HUGE amount of food at my neighbors house this afternoon. I just made chocolate chip cookies and rice krispy treats to bring. They are going to have cake and puddings as well as some fattening potato salads, bean salads, burgers, and unfortunately way more than that! They have a pool...but it might start to thunder and lightning when we get there, so we might not be able to get any exercise. What should I do to not feel as guilty about pigging out this one day!?

I've been eating way healthier for the past week and a half- finally starting to lose weight. Will I gain it back if I eat poorly today, but go right back on track tomorrow?

P.S. I walked my dogs 1.2 miles today, so I did get SOME exercise.

You shouldn't! It's a special day, and you should have fun for a while!

Whenever I go out, I eat as much as I can and won't weight myself for at least 3 days so as not feel bad, but do 1000 jumps with my jump rope and 30 of relaxed cylcing a day to get the weight off.

So don't worry about this, if you do worry about what you eat every second, then that's jsut not living.

By the way, I am a very fit person, so don't think I let myself go in any way, I jsut know how to balance fun with fitness.

Hope it helps!

Pig out then eat smaller meals for the rest of the week. That will balance it out and you still get to eat until you explode.

Don NOT pig ouit, IN fact, start a diet today and eat no breads, no cakes, no cookies, no treats of any sort. It is NOT hard to do, and it will show you you can do it.

It's ok. It's only one day. Most people pig out today anyway.
