Molten Lava Cakes Recipe courtesy Paula Deen
6 (1-ounce) squares bittersweet chocolate
2 (1-ounce) squares semisweet chocolate
10 tablespoons (1 1/4 stick) butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
3 large eggs
3 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons orange liqueur
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Grease 6 (6-ounce) custard cups. Melt the chocolates and butter in the microwave, or in a double boiler. Add the flour and sugar to chocolate mixture. Stir in the eggs and yolks until smooth. Stir in the vanilla and orange liqueur. Divide the batter evenly among the custard cups. Place in the oven and bake for 14 minutes. The edges should be firm but the center will be runny. Run a knife around the edges to loosen and invert onto dessert plates.

My family asks for this all the time.
Take
pound cake
strawberry's
blueberries
1 cup orange juice
4 tablespoons corn starch
1 block cream cheese
16 oz cool whip
box of instant cheesecake pudding (Jello)
lemon juice
1/4 cup milk
cook strawberry's in OJ after hulling and halving
add 2 tablespoons corn starch until it looks like pie filling set aside
cook blueberries the same way set aside.
take your cream cheese (room temp) or warm it in the microwave for 30-45 sec. and mix with milk and lemon juice until it's smooth. this takes time.
add the cool whip until smooth.
pour the box of cheesecake pudding over this mixture and mix until blended. this is going to be very thick but very yummy.
layer a bowl or trifle dish with cake pieces, cream and the two different fruit mixtures.then cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
They beg me to make this. I have the recipe down to memory I've made it for so long so many times.
Good luck.

Do cookies count? We're making them right now. We use the Toll House chocolate chip cookie recipe, but no chips. Bake for 5 minutes, press M&Ms in, bake until done.
