I don't think it's Yahoo....it's not against the rules...asking for prayer is a question. Someone here finds it very offensive and has to report everyone . And it may be several someones. To those who are dying, we are the smell of death. That smell offends the ones who are dying....even if they don't physically smell anything they know something is rubbing them the wrong way and have to eliminate it. At least if you were deleted, you know someone read it to be offended.

Unfortunately, Yahoo has an issue with prayer requests. When Debra M was in the hospital, all of us (atheist, agnostic, pagan, christian, buddhist, muslim, jewish, hindu, et al) posted prayer, good thoughts and energy requests for her and they were all deleted.

I asked a very similar question yesterday. You might like to check out the answers I received. There does seem to be a double standard here.

Because Yahoo! is discriminatory against religion maybe? Actually I don't know, but I hope whatever you were praying for goes well:)â¥

Might be a technical problem maybe people reported your questions because they were objectional. I do not know for I did not see any of them. Quite possibly they may have been put in the wrong category. Reask them.

It makes no sense that your request would be deleted but inane questions callling for all Christians to be killed would remain. Go figure.
I saw your request and am praying for you.
Blessings. Take heart.

Who knows why anything is done on this site. Perhaps someone angered the god of yahoo. I hope everything works out for you.

I have to agree with you.
Anyway, you can always go to the Christian section of the Yahoo messageboards.

It depends on what you were for prayer for. Were you asking for prayer to "cure" homosexuals or something?
