Most church doctrines do not preach modern miracles. Most churches teach miracles have ceased. Those who do preach modern day miracles fail to see their failure.
There is healing power available to us all pagans and christian alike and many find it, but as far as seeing things that the bible claims Jesus did, like the blind seeing and the dead being raised and hands growing where a nub was, we do not even expect those type things.

Each christian has a gift some more than one. Not all Christians have the gift of healing but may have the gift of understanding or something else. Does not make us hypocrites or faithless just doing Gods work under His powers. He is the almighty that gave us our gifts and He needed balance so that is why their is such diversity.

God has healed many through me. i know i have that power with God. and i'm not a faithless hypocrite.

You miss the whole point, and I am not a hypocrite.
I find that very offensive that you call christians hypocrites.
But here is the point, if you really read the bible, you would see that the only times that people were healed it brought glory to God, why would God heal through somone when he knows that the person would take credit for it himself.
I myself have laid hands on people and they were healed by God through me.

Many of them do. Some of them are called doctors. Surely you have heard of those.
Different people have different gifts: encouragement, mercy, giving, healing, etc.

its so awesome that some one actually recognizes the fact that, with proper faith, anything can be accomplished. its just a matter of one having that kind of faith. not many do. virtually all christians will never have that ability, but it is their striving to beleive and fighting their own weaknesses to somehow please their father, that means more than anyhting.

We don't have healing powers, we just pray to god to heal.

Because we aren't Jesus. Jesus is the manifestation of God so he could heal people and forgive there sins.
