My new manager at work says that there is a plan for everyone of us on earth and that our souls choose when we will die and how it will happen before we are born.

She also says that we all will be reborn when we die this time and how we die is a reflect on how we lived our passed lives for example if we lived a good life then we will die peacefully but if we lived a life full of hatred then we will die in another way, i dont no if this is true but i would like to hear your views.........

This idea you speak of is called predestination. I have considered this heavily the past few weeks. We had a tragic car accident in my hometown where six young people died when a race car slammed into the crowd of on watchers. Did God know when these children were born they would lose their lives at such a young age standing in front of the local Sonic drive in? How sad, one of the young ladies was very religious, always saying she was "getting her Jesus on." Two sisters from the same family. I just don't believe this could have possible been written this tragic thing happen to all those six young adults. My personal belief is that this woman should be your manager and leave her religious beliefs at home.

yes we all have life plans its called destiny, and as for dying peacefully etc, that is not up to your karma, we all have a time to pass over, our souls do not say when we pass over god does that for us, we are given a predestined time to pass over , we have free choice, whether we live or die, some choose to take there own life, others choose to sacrifice there own life to save others and so it goes on, we are always reborn to put right what we did wrong in a previous life it is wether we learnt anything, that we discover wehter we have a good life or not,

I guess all those very young children who have been murdered or killed by drunk drivers must have been real bad eh? I also guess those who have murdered and raped who die of old age have been real good really eh?
I believe that God has a plan for all of us but man has freewill to do as he/she wants and many choose to follow their desires rather than seek the face of their creator.
I became a Christian in 1991 after a dreadful life which involved fighting, smoking heavy, drinking heavy and womanising. I now understand what God had wanted me to be like all along and I am much happier with myself and other people and other people like/love me!
If you wish you can read what happened to me on my website.

To begin with, why is she talking religion in the work place? I think there are laws against that.

But yes. There is a plan. I've made my plans. Actually I'm working on my college schedule as we speak, and that's a part of the plan for my future. I'm sure you were meaning something god-related but no offense, I don't flow like that.

First off, Your new manager thinks she knows. If you go according to what the Bible says, you would know; that Jesus said; I am the way, the truth and the light. No one comes to the Father except through Me. I don,t profess to know all the answers but maybe we did lead a past life. I don,t know. But no matter how bad you are or how bad you used to be, it doesn,t matter. If you ask God to forgive you through His son, admitting that Jesus is the Son of God, you will live in Heaven and be a child of God. Believe it or not. I do. Life is so short. And the chance to live after our bodies rot here, not only sounds good to me, but makes sense to me also.

I believe that God has a plan for us. Jesus was the example. We have the free will. The choices what we make with our free will make the difference what will happen after we die.

please use your brain and make your own plan, why would you rely on some child molesting church to make a plan for YOUR life? I will tell you that the church's plan is to get as much money from you as possible. all religions are money making enterprises that trade on the goodness of peoples' hearts and sheep like nature. DON'T BE A SHEEP!
the odds are that you are more intelligent the the clown ranting and preaching to you every sunday

we all believe different things they do not have to be shared x

God has a plan for his creation as a whole and that plan is salvation through Jesus Christ. The Bible clearly says we are not earning salvation through works none are good but God it is the reason Christ came to the world.

Yes, there is a plan for us all. The rest...I don't agree with. There is the general plan...the Plan of Salvation...and there is the individual plan that you were given before you were born into mortality. The Plan of Salvation is easy to find...our personal plans take time, prayer, courage, and strength to find, understand, and achieve. But know this...your personal plan involves the Plan of Salvation and bring it to pass for as many as possible.
