Sounds like you're the one already suffering from separation anxiety! I'm not being mean. Whether it's 40 seconds, or 40 days, she will just be happy to see you again. No, she won't die. Make sure you have someone caring and responsible to watch her while you are gone. And have a good time!

OMG. Relax and go do what you need to do. People live their spouces and children that long and don't worry about it, but, put a dog in the picture and they lose their minds. It's a dog, just a dog, a non-human. She cannot think on the same level you can. Good luck.

No she will not die. If you think she will miss you a lot give her something of your's like a tee shirt that she can sleep on.

She wont die, she just needs plenty of food and water and she will be very happy when you come back! Have a good trip!

no....who told you that ? yeah she will miss you lots and may mess in the house and chew a few things but thats coz she loves you and misses you...but she wont die !

She;ll be fine. You'll miss her more then she'll miss you. She'll even miss you if you are only gone for 5 min....
