The recent events in the UK show that anyone can be a crazy fanatic.
I used to work with a surgeon from Pakistan who thinks there was nothing wrong with the 9-11 bombings. I would not be at all surprised to find out that he was funding terrorists.
Funny, though, he has no problem enjoying all of the opportunities that the US has to offer...

Yes, I trust him. He is a good friend and I was his nurse for a long time. He is very good at his profession and he has a kind heart as well. As others have said, if you can't trust your physician, you should seek another one. However, you should always be as educated as possible about your medical conditions and medications because everyone is human and makes mistakes. Doctors, Nurses, Hospitals, Pharmacies, etc. Be smart. If you are not physically or mentally capable of being aware of your medical status, have a family member or friend be your advocate.

There is a really good book called How Doctors Think, if you read. It pretty much tells you how they are trained and what errors they can make from what they are taught in Med school..as well as them being a human being who makes mistakes..and for your question Yes, I do.

You should trust your doctor and if you don't, change him / her. Leave those worries about bombs to the police.

Not for a second. Look it up yourself to be able to ask intelligent questions. Ask another doctor and compare answers. Ask a nurse, too - hands on counts as much as theoretical.
