Macbook os ?

Hi ...
i have a os x 10.4.10 installed on my macbook i lost the original disks came with it , but i have another original disks or OS 10.4.7 i have tried to install it on my macbook but it says this software can not be installed!!!!
any one know how to insatll it plz ?
or even can i format and delet the old os x10.4.10 ?
please let me know.

Order replacement DVD for your specific model from Apple.

The older OS X won't install because the hardware doesn't match.
