Men, women plz answer this. My abusive ex has called me yet again even if it's been 3 years since we're done. He said he wanted 'to check if I was seeing anybody". This guy is clearly unstable and wants no good. What does he want from me? Last time he called me ( a year ago), he played me for a fool so I erased him completely. Guys. what is this? Do you think he'll end up killing me if I run into him???

Call your local police department and get a restraint order put on him. If you do this, he will not be allowed to come near you, call you, E-mail you, communicate or be present with you in any way. This guy should be considered very dangerous. He has no place in your life. If you do get a restraint order, you cannot invite him over the house for even a second because you will end up voiding the restraint order. If you get the restraint order and he contacts or shows up in front of you, then you will need to call the police immediately and he will be brought to jail for violating the order. If he runs away, then a warrant for his arrest will be given and when the police find him, he will go to jail. Please be very careful. Stay safe.

Personally I think youre overdoing it alittle here. He may have been abusive in the past and without any real threats, the courts could misconsture this as actual a concerned ex just checking up on his ex.I see nothing here that constitues any form of threat and for you tohave any concern over him killing you if your paths crossed. True your social life is no longer any of his business, you show no actual threats from him so the realreason for overdoing it a bit. If he should vere make reallife threats against you then you will have a case against him

He probably will if he even sees you with another man. Get a restraining order pronto!! File one at your local court. Also call the police so they can document the call and you calling in about the threats. Then go to the court to file a restraining order. Good luck!

Get a gun permit and and tape him every time he calls.Sick the law dogs on him and next time you talk to him(erase this part) tell him you have a hand gun permit and a hand gun and can shoot well. Also you will see whoever you want, come by for a visit, you have a rabid Doberman to greet him at the door and a jealous b/f.Also ,check out the talking laws in your area.

First of all DO NOT GET BACK WITH HIM!!! He probably is just lonely, but if he is unstable he could wind up really hurting you. Just ingore him, blow him off like you dont care. If he continues, definately get a restraining order and stay far away!!.

Change your number to an unlisted one. Think about getting a restraining order, or even moving away. I know that's drastic, but you are talking about fearing that he'll kill you.

Do you want to try?
Good GRIEF he was abusive STAY THE HECK AWAY FROM HIM. If he chases you down, than, yes, get a restraining order.

stay away from him. don't call back. yes he might kill you.
don't get involved with him again. don't reply to his calls etc. don't talk to him on the phone. don't arrange to see him at all. don't tell him where you live or work. you are more at risk if you get involved with him than if you stay away. put him on call block and email block and block out all contact.
