As young as 6-9 months. I suggest you get her spayed around 4-5 months to prevent any unwanted pregnancies.

A "toy" Yorkie will never go into heat since there is no such thing. A Yorkie is in the toy group and that's it. All dogs on average start heat at 6 months but can vary. I know one Yorkie that comes into heat every 9 months and others every 5 months.

Make sure to get your dog spayed! Some yorkies have gotten early heat periods (when they're just 4 or 5 months old) even though the accepeted time is 6 months or older, you should get her spayed soon so that you don't have any unwanted puppies running around.

No such thing as a "toy" yorkie. Get her spayed and don't be a backyard breeder like the one who sold you a "toy"

Hi, All dogs are different, but most go in to heat around 6 months some older then that.

If you are not planning to breed her then you really should think about getting her spayed. Its more beneficial then you think. Talk it over with your vet.
