Some religions are more equal than others when it comes to freedom to practice them. You can celebrate naked as a pagan, just don't expect that "freedom of religion" will protect you should you wind up on the wrong side of the law in doing so.

Many pagans do celebrate naked (or "skyclad" as it's often referred to) but many don't, it's all up to the circle that's doing the Sabbat as to whether or not to go sans clothing.
Pragmatically speaking, since many pagan Sabbats are held outside, there are some problems with shucking clothes in some climates during some parts of the years. In the summer you either douse yourself in DEET or get mosquito bites in some interesting places doing Sabbats in the nude, and in the winter it can get downright unhealthy to try to complete an outdoor Yule Sabbat in the nude.
Legally speaking, some places have laws against public nudity. And when it's a religious tenet verus a civil law, the civil law is going to trump the religious tene, which is why people who practice religions that don't believe in having doctors treat their children end up in legal trouble when they refuse to let their kids get necessary medical help and the child ends up dead.

You can celebrate naked as in skyclad where ever you find a peaceful discreet place in public parks like national forests, state parks as long as you are not in the public view or find a group that has private land I do practice skyclad worship often this way , but to walk on gather in a public area like a city park that is out in the open and very public with a lot of ppl around is just not acceptable yet. It should be because its our right to believe and practice any religious value we want to so we are told ..

First of all, freedom of religion in this Country is going down the toilet, quickly.
Second, sure, if ya want to go be naked and you really think that is a way to praise God then by all means be naked. You will be arrested not for practicing your religion, but for being naked in public.
Quite frankly, why not just let everybody do any old filthy thing they want to do in public?
After all, the gay pride parade has fat hairy gay men in see-thru nighties who sit on parade floats and french kiss and fondle each others' penis - and they do it right on the Streets of Jerusalem. After that, what difference does it make what anyone does?
There isn't any respect for any God in that.
There isn't any respect for any people or their children in that. But, hey, they allowed it. Sure, everyone do whatever they want to. God wants to see those true colors anyway; then all the sickos can be weeded out and gotten rid of. Thank God for that.

There are laws that super cede religious freedom.
An extreme example would be a religion that requires human sacrifice, or theft, or destruction of property, etc.

They can. There are civil statutes in some areas but a lot of place permit a nude frolic -- it's not anything appertaining to religion at all. Find yourself a place shuck off those clothes and and celebrate away. Ishtar would be proud.
