God will not except a half hearted try,it must be only your best,
it,s strange but true but some people can read a book once and repeat it chapter and verse and do not understand it what it is all about Some will go to uni to study and study realy hard well into the night maybe over couple of years, but to find God,need to try that much harder if they are to be sucssesful, if it is there best o/k if not keep trying, that is why some people of what appear to be not as bright can do better as they do there best and that is what God wants

I'd have thought that such an almighty being would be way above worrying how hard you try to find him. Apart from which didn't know he was trying to hide. Maybe if lightened up a bit you would find god very simply in your heart, Naa, if there is a god he sure wouldn't make it hard to find him.

I think the Spirit is the one who "leads you into all truth, even the deep things of God." I see the same spirit in a lot of "Chritians" today as the religious leaders in Christ's day had from a different father.

Gee....who let the God Squad in here, there obviously a bible basher born every minute.
Instead of preaching and quoting from the bible, why not try to think for yourself once in awhile, instead of looking for answers in a dusty old book

Finding God is really quite an easy task....need no books...need no prior knowledge of the Bible or scriptures...need not have attended Church,,,,,,,,,anyone can become a Christian quite easily with just one prayer...but they have to really want to take that step sincerely. You do not need to understand to believe but rather believe to begin your understanding...then learn how to behave..influenced by the Holy Spirit.
Of course if you want to know more beforehand, then I would suggest an Alpha Course held by a Church near you.....can find one here:- http://www.alpha.org
Best wishes, Mike.

What makes you so certain that you cant find him straight away? I am not religious, I dont believe in religious fundamentalism, I dont believe I should have to spend my whole life searching for someone that I will never actually physically find. I believe there is someone looking over me and protecting me, I dont need you to tell me I should spend my whole life looking for him though. Spirituality and faith is different for everyone, you have no right to tell people that they have to spend their lives searching for god, just because they choose to do other things with their life.

Try harder? Your seeking the keys to an unlocked universe! Make your own opinions and stop repeating borrowed knowledge you haven't investigated for the truth.

Gullible stupid people have no problem in believing God. Their reasoning is below par and therefor they do not have the ability to distinguish truth from fiction.
