I need a softer to access my computer, it must have the following things:
-100% FREE <-----Most important
-File Transfer Allowed
-Doesn't require an install on the computer I'm connecting from.
-At the most it can have a download but NOT an install (because I will not have admin rights so I won't be able to install where I'm connecting from).

I tried LogMeIn but it didn't seem to work even after I gave it all the permissions and stuff. Said I didn't have the rights needed to install services but I'm admin on this computer.
Anyone know how to solve this?

You don't need any software, just connect using remote desktop, and use a small free program that will email you everytime your ip address changes, so you can still get in.
This is the little program I use, it works good.

VNC is the right software BUT it needs to be installed.
Try windows XP's own "mstsc" on Run (Remote Desktop Tool)
