On the right side of the engine(the passenger side) you will see the 2 exhaust manifolds. The bank 2 sensor 1 O2 sensor is the top sensor just off of the exhaust manifold that is closest to the firewall of back of the engine. You should be able to reach it from the top with a 22mm wrench.

Closest to the Cyl. Head on the exhaust manifold O2 sensor #1 on the side of the engine where #2 spark plug is is bank #2 . Common name Heated O2 sensor 1 bank 2. Some cars have 4 sensors. One before the cat converter and one after on each side of the engine. It is essential you wrote the code down right. And get ready to throw another code For P0420 or P0430 after the new sensor is installed. They seem to wear out in sets sometimes and new sensors see the cats function better. BUY TOYOTA LEXUS sensor the plug fits. Good Luck
