I've got an exam tomorrow, which I am really nervous about. Anyone got any ideas on how to calm down, and get control of my nerves?

Go for a walk in the fresh air. Then as you are about to begin the exam take deep breaths and reflect on today's walk. Also, slow down on your caffeine intake today and tomorrow morning (coke, coffee, tea, etc.) in order to slow down the jitters. Don't go cold turkey on caffeine, however, or you may get a headache which is worse than the jitters.

Good luck. We all get them once in a while, but with a little, simplified meditation you will be fine.

If you've studied, you'll be fine. To relax I always try to sing or go to school by bike or take a walk just to clear my head. And don't listen to all your classmates running around asking all sorts of questions, just try to shut yourself off before the exam. Good luck

As long as you've studied, then you have nothing to worry about. Maybe, you can call a friend or two and quiz each other for the test.

Breathe and try to call your nerves even if its holding a marble in your hand and fiddling with it.
