Can Someone give me a good programme that deletes all spywares from my PC and Its Free? Thanks You very Much

I'd reccomend these 2, run each in turn
ADAWARE fro www.lavasoftusa.com (Free personal version)
also SPYBOT S&D from www.spybot.org (Again free for home use)
Also worth having in toolbox is CCLEANER from www.ccleaner.com again a free download, and a good general windows tidyup utility.

Run the task manager and in it you can see
what cpu time is being used most.
Also notice when your hard drive light is on, then nothing else can happen.
Some programs, like even your own security virus stuff can slow down your system.
Try configuring it differently, or disconnect from the internet, and then shut off your security and try out programs and see if it is fast or slow.
Now the task manager is found by right clicking on the bar at the bottom of the screen in XP.

Adaware and Spybot
Use both what one doesn't get the other will. You can pay for them and when you do you will get active downloading of updates otherwise they work just fine manually. go to www.download.com type in the names and it will take you to the download.

you gonna have to pay someone...you better get a current protection software,i love norton, afterwards to provent this int he future. it happened to me 2 months ago...i spent 75 dollars which wasnt bad considering it save me 2800.....so call computer geeks or either norton internet security
