Holding nothing back, run for 30 secs putting everything in to it. i.e once you've finished those 30 secs you should be physicly unable to go any further without stopping to rest. If you reach the end of the 30s and feel you could run further you weren't running fast enough. Not trying to pace is the thing wth all out sprints, you just have to move your legs as fast as they will go and keep running till your times up
