Yes, dreams come from your spirit or subconscious as some people call it. Dreams are your own body's way of speaking to you about situations going on in your life. The reasons dreams are so hard to understand is that your spirit takes your everyday experiences and translates them into a symbolic language. And if you sit down and meditate on experiences you went through yesterday and through out the week you will find they showed up in your dreams as a mystery and you did not realize it. But for the most part dreams can be interpreted legitimately. Last week someone wrote that they saw a black carriage and a black horse. The person wanted to know what it meant. I told her it meant death (someone was going to die). She wrote me back two days later and said her grandfather passed away. So, yeah, that can be understood correctly.

Dreams 'can' be interpreted, - even the Bible has evidence of that. However, be careful of who interprets your dreams. Not every dream is significant or means something.

yes, dreams are the way of our brain to digest issues and things bothering us. Dreams do not always have a clear meaning, but some do.

there are no books that can help you with this, since every person's mind, and therefor his dreams are unique. dreams are very personal, and only you yourself could analyse what they mean.
