As a joke you could give her her favorite deodorant and ofter she opens that present give her another present with her real birthday present. Maybe a stuffed animal or her favorite chocolate or flower. if you want to be creative make coupons that say one free kiss. or one free walk together. put stuff like that on the coupons. After you give her the present maybe go to the movies or just spend some time together.

It's hard for me to pick a gift for someone I don't know. Think about what she is into. Music?? Maybe concert tickets or; does she like to read or play sports. Is she into educational things or trips. Give it some thought, I'm sure you can come up with something special.

Im a designer, so what i do is to open up adobe photoshop and start making her a personalised card or something along that line. With our pics of coz~
If you are not so good with photoshop or any deisgn softwares, what im suggesting is... try to create something from scratch that is YOUR effort.
Draw, colour, paste cuttings from magazines. CREATE a 'why i love you so much book'
One page, one reason, like a children book. Big words and drawings.
Trust me, they love things like these. And top it with a dinner or a day at the zoo~

aww but jewelery is the best thing to get,,,,i would have said a locket,,,,so how about you make something,,,,maybe you can make her a braclet that way she'll love it becuase you made it and it wont cost that much.

whatever you do dont buy flowers or give money this looks like you dont care. my advice would be to cook a dinner youself which makes it look as if you have tried, then a good massage, then give her a nice prezzie which could be either a new mobile phone or tickets to her favourate concert etc whatever you think she likes all women are different

If you can cook. Make her dinner. Easy to make steak.
Take her out for a meal. Take her away for a weekend somewhere.
Or the all time get out. Tell her you love her.
She'll forget anything when you say that.
