dvd burner will not burn a disk,can burn a cd?

i do have a dvd burner,everything goes fine until you hit the burn button then it says you need to save file before burning do that then it ask the same thing ober and over again,i don't know if it is a software problem or not,i have a hp pavilion 4165 and the dvd software is mydvd6

go with nero you wont be sorry -go to nero homepage and download trial version

Ty using Nero burner. it is faster and easier to use
