try to get them healthy from this early age but dont over do it bcuz they'll soon get tired and will overindulge in unhealthy foods.
u can try carrot sticks with some sweet dip.they might not like the carrot sticks but the sweet dip will take their mind off of it.
lots of fruits...give them fruit bowls to carry to school/nursery.mix up the fruit bowls
they can eat almost anything but be sure it's healthy and well proportioned.u really dont want an pbese child with unhealthy eating habits and who doesnt kno the difference between "full" and "satisfied"

A toddler can eat different foods like hotdaogs, burgers, and they love fries. If they dont have astma banannas, etc.Just watch them with whatever thy eat because a toddler doesnt sit still to eat unless u have them in a high chair or or ur lap. But watch out for getting a toddler seafood. If though their old enough to eat other things just be very careful. Good luck and God Bless.

Most things are fair game - whatever you are having, cut up in finger pieces usually until they get used to using a fork all of the time. My toddler likes crackers, pizza, spaghettiOs, hot dog, cookies, fruit pieces, most things really! We try to keep his diet as healthy as possible but as the previous person said, don't over do that either. A balance of everything is all good, and toddlers are great at listening to their body and having the type of food and the amount of food that they need.

Toddlers can eat anything you can get them to eat. Very few restrictions on thier diet only according to thier tastes and your desire to get some nutrition into them. Lots of fruits and veggies are good, with small amounts of meat. They need milk and milk products. Try to get them to eat a variety of foods thats the best.

Children should eat anything you give them - as long as it's healthy and nutricious. No junk food and no sweets!!!
You may have to cut things into small pieces, for their small mouths, but they can eat just about anything you eat.

My 15 month old eats everything I eat. Except hotdogs and junkfood. But whatever I make for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, she eats.

Regular food. Stay away from allergens and choking hazards though. You can get a list of common allergens from your pediatrician. Common choking hazards include grapes and hot dogs (you can cut them), nuts, popcorn, celery, lettuce, raw carrots, and hard candy.

for a child who doesn't have food allergies- anything they will eat.
i have been lucky that my byfrnds 2yo eats almost anything you give her. she does have her faves- pancakes and mac n cheese mostly.
but she readily eats tuna casserole, shephards pie, pasta, chicken...
she loves her fruits and veggies... just make sure to give in moderation so not to cause loose stool.
cheese and yogurt are faves too
just try things and see what their tastes are...
remember you won't know if you like it till you try it!
