A teenager's diet really should be the same as an adult's. Eat plenty of fruits, veggies, and whole grains. Include a little meat and a little low fat dairy and drink water. Save soda and candy and junk foods for a once-in-a-while treat. Get plenty of exercise, including some kind of cardio activity daily if possible. Think about walking, running, swimming, biking, dancing, playing basketball or volleyball, etc. If you follow these guidelines, you will find yourself feeling healthier and happier, no matter what your age is.

all nutrients!

we're growing, and presuming we want to be healthy, we need to eat healthy.

unless you're very overweight, it's recommended that we don't go on "diets", as it compromises our overall health, because we're still growing.

you only need to eat healthy and exercise to be a healthy weight.
