My friend has recently hilighted her brown hair. Some of the strands are a creamy blonde and some are an orangey colour which she is not happy with. Any ideas before she leaves for the hairdressing salon?

the most simple thing to do is go to the nearest Sally's hair shop, and buy a decent toner of the colour you desire
that will save you a trip to the salon, that will do the same
it would seem your hair is more porous in some places
easy to rectify, don't worry, but do make sure you condition your hair well after washing

Similar thing happened to me. You could try putting a platinum colour over the top. Failing that, and I know it sounds silly, get a blue/purple colour rinse and put a very light wash over the strands. This will neutralise the orange colour. As a last resort, to avoid the cost of going to a salon, dye it back to brown!

there's a shampoo with the aid of Aveda stated as Blue Malva that curiously is unquestionably stable for removing brassiness in dyed-blonde hair. you will get it at salons, in spite of the fact that it rather is enormously costly, so i don't recognize while you're keen to dish out $20+ for a bottle of shampoo .. in spite of the fact that a salon therapy might probable finally end up costing greater. additionally, L'Oreal has this new stuff on your hair stated as organic journey, and it fairly is different from a classic dye through fact it purely has diffused firming outcomes, and the cool blonde colorations are made to get rid of brassiness. wish that helped!

When you put bleach on your hair, it goes through several stages of color changes until it gets to blonde. The darker the hair the mores stages. (black, brown, red, etc.) The orange color means those areas of her hair didn't get to go through the stages and get to blonde. Bleach actually takes the color out of your hair. When she goes to the hair dresser, they are just going to put more bleach on her hair. It's best to let the hair dresser do the bleaching because it's so damaging to the hair and easy to mess up. Tell her to just let the Salon fix it.

for me it depends in the girl. Like I might see a girl with black hair and think she is totally hot but see a girl with blond tresses that is meh and vice versa.
