I'm not sure If you guys are the people who would rather just go get an Ice cream cone than have a romantic dinner under the stars. I think that you and you love should find something you both love doing. After all you guys will enjoy each others company no matter what you do!

Well happy Birthday to him, take him to go see a movie, then go eat dinner at a nice restaurant then go from there..... A nice long walk or whatever he wants
