It starts out saying: "you are a real..." and I lost her after that. Karbooj is not a real arabic word. She must have made it up. I hope it's something good though! Good luck! Take care. :D
P.S.: Now now I've read the other answers, it turns out it is a word lool. It just goes to show you how different dialects can be. It turns out it means "you are really gay." :D

hey well i'm leabnese jsut next to syria...and never heard of karbooj..."inta ktir" = u're so..
but if my friend says tht it meas ur gay......then i really do hope she has a reason to say tht lool

Karbooj means : Egotist, arrogant or conceited .
so the sentence "Inta kteer karbooj" / اÙÙت ÙÙتÙÙÙر ÙÙربÙÙج means : "You're so egotist" .
(Inta kteer = You're so ..... / inta = You/you're /kteer = alot, so much...)
