like she is stealing my stuff and she is annoying my brother too she is like crazy how do i make her stop how how how!!!!

You and your brother need to sit down and discuss this with your parents. Your parents need to intervene. They should not be allowing your sister to steal.

Like why don`t you chain her to one of the beams in the basement ? You and your brother could like take turns feeding her like once a day .
Like after 3-4 months of this , her entire attitude will like change for the better . Like this always works like wonders .

You can't make her stop. The best you can do is not get hateful with her and try to get along.
