Will clearing my registry by using a registry cleaner program(like RegSeeker) delete all my pictures, documents, and programs? Or will it just delete the programs, etc. that I don't use? Thanks for the help!

Registry cleaners dont delete stuff they just remove the unwanted and usesless stuff from the registry. this makes Windows function faster as it does not have to search a lot to edit the specific registry entry..
The registry is just like a register where all the modifications u do to windows is recorded ..if u delete a programme its registry is left behind so over a period of time the registry becomes bloated.

As you mention registry cleaning programs remove remains from previous program installation. They do not remove any files, just registry entries that are not valid. It's a good idea to get a system state backup prior of using any registry program in case there is a corruption on the registry file.
