SoundStream was recently purchased by Epsilon Electronics, the company who owns Power Acoustik, Farenheit, SPL Audio and Kole Audio.

Power Acoustik is a great buy just because it is cheap doesnt always men a thing sometimes takn the low road is a good marketing stategy when you got tons of product overstocked to take the "L" on. Hey who said Sundown Audio wupldve beeen a name in the streets and Comp sect. THINK ABOUT IT PPL!

They look almost the same. Its because of what the person above me said. If you are looking to buy Power Acoustik, don't do it. They're products are not good. Too much money for cheap products.

There is alot of buying and selling of companies in car audio. DEI has been sucking up tons of car and home audio companies lately. You will see the exact same product with different names for two reasons..
1) the same company owns both brands.
2) both companies buy from the same manufacturer in china.

in reple to wesley, i have bought a power acoustik amp and have had no problems with it. i haven't used their head units or anything but the amps work great.
