Hi,
My work involves a mix of psychology and spirituality so there's not a day goes by without me giving these areas a lot of thought and attention. Theology is fascinating and often something I ponder on and research into. Frivolity - Not a lot of time for that but it's always good to have some fun otherwise life would be far too heavy and demanding.

Well, I try to keep my life focused on 'what am I doing', whether it is eating, enjoying the sunshine or being at work.

Not that it 'works' too often. All those lovely distractions! Because philosophy, theology and spirituality ARE my frivolities!

Theology and spirituality is frivolity. Philosophy has more of a place, but it mostly just mind games.

Your list is incomplete. And it wrongly implies that frivolity is the default if you don't choose one of the other three. In reality, the opposite is true.

Frivolity is the default when you do choose one of the other three.

Tie between Philosophy and Spirituality

Feeling and trying to figure things out ... that would be spirituality? or philosophy?
But frivolity (enjoyng life?) is very high on my list.

When you compare all of them, I'd say it's a nice balance between theology and frivolty because I love making people smile with jokes and that would technically fall in the "Frivolty" section.

On all that, and on self-honesty as a path to peace of mind and transcendence. Since this is a most arduous uphill climb, I need all the frivolity I can get! Namaste to you.

because if it isn't "philosophy, theology, spirituality" it must be frivolity?
