Maybe if you start going to the gym, you will have less time to "squeeze one out". After a few days of jerking off you will be tired. Go to the gym, get a full body workout, maybe even get in good shape that women will find attractive, so you don't need to pull on it yourself so often.

Exercising work out even more parts, therefore exercising is way better.

what has masturbation to do with exercising ? It is good for heart and lung function and perhaps will give you a strong arm but the rest of the body will get flabby and unhealthy. So take my advise and do both

They're entirely different muscles to develop. You will end up with too much forearm if you don't work out the rest of you!
