All puppies no matter what breed they happen to be are basically babies. And as such you need to give them plenty of affection, love, kindness, patients, and be careful of what they are playing with. For some things; just like a human baby can harm them. He will need a food that is specially made for his stomach to digest. (Puppy food). Make sure he has clean water to drink everyday. With my dogs I always keep their bowls clean. If I find something like a hair floating in the water, I will recycle the water by pouring onto my house plants or my flowers in my garden and give them fresh water and about once a week I will disinfect the water bowl. Raw hide and milk bone dog biscuits are good thing for him to chew on. You can start training him to get used to a lease by letting him drag it around the house and by attaching one end to yourself and the other end to his collar. He will learn that the lease is like an extension of your arm and will become accustom to it.

My suggestion is to get rid of the Rottweiler and get a more friendly type of dog. Rottweiler Dogs are Dangerous Dogs.
They will attack animals or humans with no apparent reason.
They will scar, maim, and kill, without any provocation.
I suggest you go to "Dog Bite Law". This will open your eyes.
