It needs to involve science. It should either be involved by a magnet or some kind of fan.

A magnetic method would require the travelling surface to be magnetised too. That would be too expensive, unless you just want it to float.

Use the ground effect, skirts, lift fans and all, the hovercraft method.

If you use magnets it would need to run on a track, like a Magtrain. The track would be the same polarity as magnets on the underside of the car, causing the to repell each other. If you wanted to use a fan the best ou could do would be a hovercraft, unless you had huge fans mounted on it which would turn it into an aircraft.

you need to spray you car with liquid nitrogen and put it on a big magnet. that will levitate your car until the liquid nitrogen cools of.
